Dr Dre has scrapped plans to complete his 'Detox' album

'Detox', in development since 2001, was rumoured to be Dre's final album as a performer, and was even billed as the 'most musically advanced hip-hop album ever'. But, now you'll never know, as Dre has called time on his own records in order to concentrate on production work and label management.

DiS can reveal though that Dr Dre was at no time dead and locked in Eminem's basement. Just to clear that little thing up...
